BLAKE, (née Smith), Monica (Late of Tallaght), March 7, 2021 suddenly at Tallaght Hospital. Beloved wife of Brendan and loving mother of Elaine and the late Mona. She will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, son-in-law Jason, grandchildren Aine and Oisin, extended family, neighbours and friends. Rest in Peace. A private family funeral will take place due to Government advice regarding public gatherings. In compliance with the current HSE guidelines, the funeral will be limited to 10 people. Monica's Funeral Mass can be viewed tomorrow (Thursday) morning, at 11am on the following link https://www.churchservices.tv/springfield.
