McEVOY - Simon Malachy B.D.S. (Abbeyleix), On the First Anniversary of Malachy's death, Emma, Aisling and Vivienne offer sincere thanks to everyone for the many expressions of sympathy received at that sad time and for the ongoing support since his death. Our thanks to Dr. Sean Fleming and the cardiac staff at Midland Regional Hospital, Portlaoise, and to Dr. John Madden and his staff, the HSE nurses and carers, all of whom tended to Malachy with their expertise, kindness and good humour. Our gratitude to Fr. Paddy Byrne and Fr. Sean Conlon who concelebrated Malachy's Funeral Mass, to the choir, the sacristan and the undertakers who all helped to make a very meaningful ceremony.
