WILDE - Gerard (Terenure, Dublin 6W and Late of Independent Newspapers and The Irish Times) September 23, 2024. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of the Misa Ward at St James’ Hospital. Dearly beloved husband of Maureen. Gerard will be very sadly and deeply missed by his loving wife and family Vivienne, Gerard, Annette, Yvonne, Mark, Alan, Emma and Sarah, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, his daughters-in-law Eileen, Catherine and Linda, sons-in-law Martin, Michael, Brendan, Nicholas and Jim, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road on this (Wednesday) evening, September 25, between 5pm and 7pm. Removal on tomorrow (Thursday) morning to the Church of St Paul of the Cross, Mount Argus for Funeral Mass at 11.30 am followed by burial in Mount Jerome Cemetery, Harold’s Cross D6W HY98. Family flowers only please, donations may be made to St James Hospital foundation https://stjameshospitalfoundation.
