LAWLESS, Darragh (Ballyboughal Co. Dublin) February 2nd 2019 (suddenly) at home. Very dearly loved son of Greg and Mandy and dear brother of Laura, Aimee and Rowan and grandson of the late Dermot and Bernie Lawless. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken parents, sisters and brother and by his surviving grandparents Charlie and Patsy McCarthy, his uncles Eoin, Conor, Ciaron and Dermot, Laura’s partner Danny, Ciaron’s wife Ann, Eoin’s wife Kerry, Conor’s partner Rachel and by all his cousins and many relatives and friends. Visitation at his home today (Tuesday) from 3.00 pm. until 8.00 pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) at 11.00 am. in the Church of the Assumption, Ballyboughal, followed by burial at Ballyboughal Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Jigsaw. May he Rest in Peace.
LAWLESS Darragh, (Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin) The family of the late Darragh Lawless of Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin wishes to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following the sad and untimely loss of our wonderful son. We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well-wishers who visited our home, attended the wake, service and burial and who provided emotional and practical support for us at this very difficult time. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, as well as those who made charitable donations, we are truly grateful. A special word of thanks to the Dublin Fire Brigade and Ambulance Service, in particular Station Officer Vincent Carton and Dr. Gerry Bury and their teams, to the doctors and staff of Willow Grove at St. Patrick's University Hospital, Kilmainham for their kindness, respect and support, to Jigsaw and CAMHS for their help and support, to our remarkable local football club, Ballyboughal GFC and the surrounding community for their proud guard of honour for Darragh, to those that supervised the large volume of traffic to and from the village and coordinated parking during the wake and funeral service we are extremely grateful, to staff and students at Donabate Community College, in particular Mr. Creevey and Ms. Lindsay for their understanding and compassion and to Séamus Seaghach, the staff and children both past and present of Gaelscoil Bhrian Bóroimhe for their presence and kindness. To all those who participated in the Mass, especially Fr. Tim O'Leary and Fr. Patrick Fagan and all those who said prayers, to the musicians, in particular, Pat Coldrick, Darragh Kennan and the children from the Gaelscoil Bhrian Bóroimhe Choir, to Pat Hollingsworth who provided sound and finally to Fanagans Funeral Directors for their sensitive and professional handling of arrangements. To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
LAWLESS, Darragh Patrick, (late of Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin). (First Anniversary, February 2, 2019). Our loving son and brother left this world. Darragh, we cannot imagine the pain and suffering you endured but we stand together, united in our grief and heartbroken since that day. We remember you with love today and every day. We live in hope that one day we all will be united as a family again. Mam, Dad, Laura, Aimee and Rowan. Mass for Darragh's anniversary will be held in the Church of The Assumption of Our Lady in Ballyboughal tomorrow (Sunday) at 10.00am.
