SHIEL, – Richard (Dick) (late of Rathfarnham), April 24, 2020, (peacefully) at St. Vincent’s University Hospital; beloved husband of Joan. Loved and remembered always by his wife, the extended families and a wide circle of friends, particular those whom he knew through Rathfarnham Golf Club and Old Wesley RFC. In accordance with Government guidelines on public gatherings, the Funeral will be limited to family members only. Those who would have liked to attend the Funeral but due to the current restrictions cannot, may leave their personal message in the Condolences section on www.irishtimes.com
