SCANLON, Tim (late of Rathmines, Dublin 6) 7TH December 2020 after a brief illness (peacefully) in the excellent care of the dedicated staff of the Blackrock Clinic; beloved son of Teresa and the late Michael, dearly loved husband of Brídín (O'Donoghue) and deeply devoted father of Johnny, Dan and Cathleen (Caitlín). Very sadly missed by his sister Catherine, his brother James, in-laws, Sara, Michael, Séamus, Kathryn, Annette, Mary and Willie, his aunt Nora, nephews, nieces and cousins. He will also be greatly missed by his many friends and colleagues. Rest in Peace. Due to Government advice regarding public gatherings, a private Funeral Service will take place. Those who would have liked to attend the Funeral, but due to current restrictions cannot, can view the Funeral Mass on Saturday the 12th of December at 11.00am by going to the following link, https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/church-of-the-holy-name The funeral cortege will pass the family home at approximately 10.30am. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society or St Vincent de Paul.
