O'SULIVAN/BUTLER - Kay (Phibsborough, Dublin and formerly of Inniscarra and Bishopstown, Cork) September 5, 2022. Adored wife of Cormac and loving mother to Senan, Ailbhe and Kevin. Peacefully with her family beside her in the wonderful care of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny after a courageous battle
with cancer under the care of Prof Ray McDermott and team in St. Vincent’s Private Hospital. Loving daughter of Maura and the late Jim, sister of Tom, daughter-in-law
of Ted and Eilis, Kay will be sadly missed by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, relatives, neighbours and her many many friends.
Kay will be at home today (Thursday) from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. Celebration of her life in St Peter’s Church, Phibsborough tomorrow (Friday) at 10.30am, wear your brightest colours at Kay’s request, and then to
