SEMPLE, William John Joseph (Bill) (Kilmacud, Co. Dublin) October 27, 2019. Peacefully, at home in his sleep. Beloved husband of the late Elsie and dearly loved father of Ann (Rath) and proud granddad to Alan and Jennie (Kirwan), great-granddad to Elsie, Aimee and Beth. He will be sadly missed by his family, relatives and many friends. Funeral Service tomorrow (Thursday) morning at 10.30am in St. Brigid's Church, St. Brigid's Church Road, Stillorgan followed by burial at Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations if desired, to The Irish Heart Foundation. All enquiries to Carnegies Funeral Directors, The Crescent, Monkstown. Ph. 012808882

With deepest sympathy Ann on the loss of your dearest Dad. Remembering him having BB chats with George in Cornelscourt whilst I shopped,! Also at the door of GB competitions​. A lovely gentleman. Joan Darling
