O'BRIEN - Jack, (Churchtown, Dublin), Feb 11, 2024.

Dodie, Jake, Robbie and Jen, together with their wider families, wish to express their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who offered sympathy, support and kindness to them on the loss of their beloved Jack. Thank you to all who attended the Funeral, sent cards and messages of condolences. A very special word of gratitude to Prof Alan Watson, John Holihan, Aisling O'Riordan, nurses Juby and Éimear and all the team in the Renal Unit of St Vincent's University Hospital. Thank you also to Faye and Eric and the team in the Beacon Renal. We will be forever grateful to you all for your professional and empathetic care of Jack. An immeasurable word of gratitude to the donor and their family for the gift of "LIFE" which they so unselfishly gave Jack when he received a kidney. A sincere thank you to Rev. David White and Margaret Healion who officiated at Jack's Funeral and lovingly helped him on his final journey. We, as a family, are so grateful to everyone. "I have Faith, a precious gift from God" (Jack)
