MIDDLETON - Dr. Fred (Northwood, London, formerly Dublin) – January 5, 2021,

passed away peacefully at Hillingdon Hospital. Now

reunited with his beloved Rowy. Sadly missed

and deeply mourned by his daughters Danielle,

Leah and Stephanie, sons-in-law Alexis, Phil

and Ben, and his adored grandchildren Abbey, Ian, Mattie, Nellie, Sienna, Freddie and Evie, along with his brother Bruce and sister Janet, and the extended family. A devoted family man, brilliant physician, and great friend. Due to current restrictions a private funeral will take place on Thursday, January 28, but can be viewed via livestream.
