BOURKE, John F. (Dalysfort Road, Salthill, Galway) (Acknowledgment and First Anniversary, November 7, 2017). On this John's First Anniversary, his family would like to extend our sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with us at the time of our sad loss. To the many who attended his repose, Requiem Mass and Funeral and those who sent Mass cards, messages of sympathy, a heartfelt thank you. A special word of thanks to Father Gerry Jennings P.P., and Monsignor John Doherty who concelebrated John's Requiem Mass which was enhanced by the music and singing of the Choir from Scoil RĂ³is, Taylor's Hill, Galway. We would like to particularly thank the doctors, nurses and staff of Saint Clares, Bon Secours Hospital, Galway, Dr. Dan Murphy, Dr. Helen Howley, Salthill and nurse Aine McNamara and team of carers. We also extend our gratitude to the members of Galway Golf Club and John's colleagues from Celtic International both of whom formed guards of honour at John's Funeral. Thanks also to O'Flaherty Funeral Directors for their care and professionalism. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions. John's First Anniversary Mass will be held on November 7, 2018 at 7.30 p.m., in the Church of Christ the King, Salthill, Galway."Forever in our Hearts"
