HUGHES Edward (Ned) (Glenageary, Co. Dublin and late of Keady, Co. Armagh) April 17, 2014 peacefully in the Killiney Grove Nursing Home, husband of the late Mary Frances (née Tedders). Deeply regretted by his daughters Anne (Goodwin), Mary (Callinan), Elizabeth (Murphy), sons Michael, Jim and Reginald, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, sister Annie Cullen, his grandchildren, great- grandson, extended family and friends. Removal tomorrow Saturday from Quinn's Funeral Home, Glasthule to the Church of the Assumption, Dalkey arriving for 11am Funeral Service followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please.

HUGHES Edward (Ned), (late of Glenageary) - On the First Anniversary of Ned's death his children, Anne (Goodwin), Mary (Callinan), Michael, Elizabeth (Murphy), Jim and Reginald wish to express their sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with them on their sad loss. A special word of thanks to Fr. Kyran Murphy for conducting the funeral service and to Fr. Jim Fegan for his presence. Sincere thanks to Cyril Murphy, Rowe Street Church Choir and Valda Chamber Choir for their gift of music in bringing together the beautiful and meaningful music for the Requiem Service. We would also like to thank the doctors and nurses of Killiney Grove Nursing Home for their never-ending dedication to Ned. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
