O'REILLY, Xavier (Goatstown, Dublin) April 28, 2024. Died peacefully at home surrounded by family and under the care of Blackrock Hospice Homecare, Irish Cancer Society and community nurses. Deeply loved and forever missed by his beloved wife Patricia (née Dain) and children Susanne and Peter, grandchildren Max, Rory and Frank and sons-in-law Frank and Colm. Eldest son of P.T. and Kathleen O’Reilly and brother to Paula, Patsy, Laurie and the late Patrick, Nuala and Mona. He will be remembered by his sister-in-law Pam and brother-in-law Dave, his nieces, nephews, cousins and all who sailed, snookered, fished, bouled and adventured with him. Rest in Peace. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum, this evening (May 2) from 6-7pm. Removal tomorrow morning to Church of the Holy Cross, Dundrum, arriving for 10:30am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Kilmashogue Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
