SMITH, Dr. Marie Anne (Truskey West, Bearna, Co. Galway) - December 26, 2014 (peacefully) following a brief illness at University Hospital, Galway; beloved daughter of the late Bill and Eilish Smith (Dublin) and dearly loved sister of John (Canada). Deeply mourned by her brother and his wife Finola, cousins Joseph, Ena, Eamonn, Vincent, Imelda, Helen, Frank, John, Helen, Frances and in particular Miriam, her husband Michael and their children Elaine, Emma, Michael and John other relatives, colleagues and a large circle of friends. Reposing at the 'Cillín' within the Church of Mary Immaculate Queen, Bearna today (Monday) from 5pm with Removal at 7pm to the Church. Funeral after 12 noon Requiem Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) to Furbo cemetery.'Be not afraid, I go before you'
