TANGNEY, Catherine Josephine (now Starr), affectionately know as Billie of Bantry and Youghal, born March 7, 1937, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2013. Lovingly remembered by her family, sisters Mary and Helen and brother Doug and by her sons Nigel, Ivan and Simon. We will miss you dearly Mum. Funeral to be held in Southampton on May 2.
