KENNY - Des (Desi) (Kennys Book Shop, High Street, Liosban, and Salthill, Galway) 2nd December, 2025; peacefully. Predeceased by his parents Des and Maureen and by his sister Jane. Deeply mourned by his devoted

wife Anne, children Deirdre, Des, Aisling and Eimear, sons-in-law Mark, Joe and Francis, daughter-in-law Pamela and his much loved and adoring grandchildren Árón, Marc Óg, Darragh, Deasúin, Ella, Emily, Frankie and Andie. Sadly missed also by his brothers Tom, Gerry and Conor and sister Monica, brothers -in-law Billy and Frank, sisters-in-law Maureen, Ann and Geraldine, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and dear friends. Reposing at the OFlaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91V1K8) from 5.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Des on arrival at the Jesuit Church, Sea Road at 10 a.m. Following Mass Des will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery.
