CLARKE John David. (died February 1 2014) (Rathfarnham and Eircom) Anne, Tiernan, Garvan, Riana and families would like to thank most sincerely those who sympathised with us when our dear brother John passed away one year ago. A special word of thanks to our wonderful friend Fr. Ivor Egan and Fr. Martin Noone from Rathfarnham Parish who gave him such a moving send-off and the staff of the Cara Unit in SVPH who looked after John with such care and compassion. We were overwhelmed by the numbers of friends, colleagues and extended family who came to the funeral, sent cards, flowers, gave subscriptions to the Irish Cancer Society and generally gave us such support at a very difficult time. John's First Anniversary Mass will be in the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham on Monday February 2 at 7.30.p.m. We are thinking of our mother Phil, our father Hugh and our sister Bernadette at this time too.
