BLAIR (née Moore) Patricia (late of Rathfarnham), peacefully - April 23, 2012 after a long illness, in the loving care of the staff of Sally Park Nursing Home. Predeceased by her husband Michael. Sadly missed by her daughter Cynthia (Browne) and her son Derek, grandchildren Kevin and Linda, and great grandson Tom. Also by her sisters Kathleen and Maureen (Knight), brother Fr. Seamus, her nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law Millie and Peggy, relatives and friends. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Wednesday) at noon in Church of The Annunciation, Rathfarnham, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome. No flowers please.May she rest in peace.
