FLANAGAN, John Patrick (Jackie) (Bancroft Park, Tallaght, Dublin and formerly of Belfast), March 7, 2021. Peacefully in the loving care of his family. Beloved husband of the late Margaret (Peggy). Loving father of John, Mary, Nuala and Mairéad and caring brother of Maura, Isobel, Séamus and the late Kathleen and Margaret. He will be remembered, loved and missed by his son, daughters, sisters, brother, daughter-in-law Rita, sons-in-law Larry, Frank and Peter, grandchildren Stephen, David, Caoimhe, Sinéad, Fionnuala, Fíona, Conor, Seán, Fergal, Orla and Laoise, great-grandchildren Matilda, Effie and Zoe, brothers-in-law Joe and Pat, sister-in-law Andree, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family and his many friends and neighbours in Bancroft, St. Mary’s Parish, the wider Tallaght Community, the Maritime Safety Community, and those associated with the Dolphin Swimming Club, which he chaired for over 40 years. A private family funeral will take place, due to Government advice regarding public gatherings. In compliance with the current HSE guidelines, the funeral will be limited to 10 people. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to current restrictions cannot can view the Funeral Mass this (Tuesday) morning, at 11.30am on the following link https://www.churchservices.tv/tallaght#.
