TATE, John (Crumlin Village, Dublin 12) May 5, 2022. Predeceased by his dearly beloved wife Dolores (Dot). (Peacefully) under the wonderful care of the staff in Orwell Private, Nursing Home, Rathgar. John, much loved father of Jackie, Jim and Louise. Very sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Fearghal and Kevin, daughter-in-law Debbie, grandchildren Cian, Lorcan, Aoife, Darragh, Caoimhe, Dearbhaile and John, great-grandchild Primrose, his brothers Paschal and Tony, sisters-in-law Mary, Pat and Ursula, extended family, relatives, friends and former colleagues in the RTÉ Concert Orchestra. Removal from Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road this (Monday) morning to the Church of St Paul of the Cross, Mount Argus for Funeral Mass at 11.30 o'c which may be viewed on the parish web camera at: https://www.churchservices.tv/mountargus followed by committal in Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
