TIERNAN, (née Boland), Bernadette (Bernie), (Rathmines, Dublin 6), May 19, 2017, surrounded by her loving family and in the excellent care of the medical and nursing staff of St. Vincent's Private Hospital, (peacefully) after a short illness. Beloved wife of Ken, mother of Mark, Evelyn and Gemma; sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, daughters, son, sister Delia, brothers Anthony and Martin, daughter-in-law Susan, son-in-law Dan, grandchildren Aimee and Josh, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and a large circle of friends. Funeral Service will take place in the Garden Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium on Monday afternoon (May 22) at 3.30 o'clock Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Cancer Clinical Research Trust, c/o Dept. of Medical Oncology, St Vincent's Hospital, D4. House Private, family only.
