WOOLFSON, (née Furlong) Jean (Rathfarnham) - September 3, 2019, peacefully in Lisheen Nursing Home after a long illness, surrounded by loving family and the wonderful staff in Lisheen. Sadly missed by her loving partner Patrick, daughters Anne and Rebekkah, sons-in-law Anthony and Roberto, grandchildren Karl and Noah, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Crematorium service on tomorrow (Thursday, September 5) at 4pm Mount Jerome Cemetery, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6W. No flowers please. Donations can be made to the WEB Social Inclusion disability project Rathfarnham.
