à COLMÃIN, Dónal (Blackrock, Co. Dublin) June 14, 2023 at Leeson Park Nursing Home. It is with deep sadness that we announce that our beloved Dónal was called home to God in his 99th year. His loving and much-loved wife of 62 years, Helen, his darling and devoted daughters Aideen, Darina, Cliodna and Eimear, together with his cherished grandchildren Róisín, Ciara, Colm, Cormac, Brian, Niamh, Liam, Eamon and Caoimhe are bereft at his leaving. Equally saddened are his deirfiúr dilís Maree (O’Leary), brother Eoin (USA), nieces, nephews, sons-in-law Conor, John and Paul, and cousins. Dónal will be missed by our wonderful neighbours and a host of valued friends. Reposing this afternoon from 3pm to 5pm in Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown A94 XK28 and at his home tomorrow (Tuesday) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning (21 June) at 11am in The Church of the Assumption, Booterstown followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only.
