McGUINNESS (Hilda) (née Hoey, who died September 18, 2006) - On this the first anniversary of the death of a dear mother, grandmother and mother-in-law, Hilda, R.I.P. Her daughter Judy (O'Brien), son-in-law Brian, grandchildren Aiden, David and Michelle, her brother Fred, hers sisters Vera (Ball) and Miriam (O'Kane), would like to express their heart felt gratitude, to all who consoled and supported them at the time of her passing. Those who called to the house, in Julianstown, attended her removal to the Church, her funeral Mass and burial, those who sent flowers, those who had Masses offered, who wrote letters of sympathy and telephoned. They all really helped. Judy would also like to thank Sr. Edna and Sr. Margaret, and the wonderful staff at Aris Mhuire, Drogheda, who looked after her during her last days and the Louth Palliative Care Services. Thanks to Fr. Robert McCabe who attended at the removal, and Fr. Denis Nulty, who offered the funeral Mass and attended at the burial. Thanks to her nieces Elaine (Monaghan) and Derville (Hoey), who provided the lovely music during the ceremonies. Thanks also to Biddy and Gerry Watson for their help with the funeral arrangements.
