PENDER - Sr Teresa, (St Catherines Convent, 133 Falls Rd, Belfast BT12 6AD; formerly of Iona House, Fortwilliam). Passed away peacefully at Mater Hospital Belfast, on September 17, 2025. Much loved and deeply regretted by her Dominican Sisters, her late parents Mollie and Patrick RIP, sister of Josephine, Patrick and the late Jack, Rosemary and Lauri, she will be sadly missed by her entire family circle. Sr Teresas remains will repose at St Catherines Convent, 133 Falls Road, tomorrow (Friday) from 2pm-5pm for those wishing to pay their respects. Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St. Therese of Lisieux Church, Somerton Road on Saturday September 20, at 2pm followed by burial at Dominican Convent Cemetery.

May Sr Teresa rest in

peace and arise in glory.

Sending love and condolences to all who knew Sr. Teresa Pender. She was a first cousin of my dad, Thomas and his brother and sisters. I am hoping to attend virtually.
