GRIFFIN, (née Cahill) Patricia Joan (Killiney, Co. Dublin and formerly of Blackrock) December 12, 2019. Peacefully, surrounded by her family, in the care of the Blackrock Hospice, after a long illness, bravely borne. Wife of the late Dr. Michael B. Griffin, High Priestess of Aine and partner of the late Ben Brady (Hereditary Druid), new-found Sister of Christel in Canada and adored mother of Sean, Patricia, Siobhan and Aisling and the late Bridget, Fergus and Brian. Much loved grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be sadly missed by her sons-in-law and the respective partners, relatives and friends. Reposing this Monday evening, from 5pm to 7pm in Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown, A94 XK28. A Humanist Ceremony to celebrate Patricia’s life will take place tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon at 2pm in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
