DESMOND - Thomas Bernard (Cork, Ballyjamesduff), (retired Co. Engineer): On March 5, 2021, peacefully in his ninety-sixth year in the exceptional care of Norwood Grange Cork. Dearly beloved husband of the late Eileen (née Houlihan), much loved and loving father of Mary (Vasseghi), Kathleen (Jakeman), Eleanor (Desmond-Kenny), Joan (Barry) and Claire (O Donoghue). He will be sadly missed by his loving daughters, brother Timothy (Ted), sons-in-law Fery, Ken, Martin, Henry, Mark, his greatly loved grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends. A private family funeral will take place on Monday 8, March at 11.00am in line with government regulations which the family fully supports.
