COFFEY - Maud (Blackrock, Cork and Tralee Co. Kerry) (February 5, 2024) As we lovingly remember our wonderful mum Maud on her First Anniversary, beloved wife of the late Brian, her children Niamh, John and Marylou, sons-in-law Conor and Eoin, daughter-in-law Julie and grandchildren, wish to acknowledge with deep appreciation, the expressions of love and support received. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff in ICU and St. Bernadette's Ward, Bon Secours Hospital, Cork and to Dr Eileen Kelleher who took exceptional care of mum with kindness and compassion. Sincere thanks to Maud's wonderful colleagues and friends in MTU for all the kind words, letters and Mass cards. Thank you to extended family, particularly to her adored niece Sandrene Brassil, to friends and neighbours for their kindness and support. A particular mention to Mum's dear friends Renee and John McCarthy, Sarah and Pat O'Flaherty, Margaret O'Riordan, Mary Jermyn, John and Vourneen O'Hanlon and Pam Byrne, who carried her through her grief with unwavering support in the very difficult year after our beloved Dad passed away. To all who travelled far and wide, and particularly those from the UK - Eileen Keavey, Monica Tate and Mary Feely. Sincere thanks to O'Connor's Funeral Home, Cork and Gleasure's Funeral Home, Tralee for their professionalism and empathy. Sincerest thanks to Fr John Manley for his comfort, guidance and beautiful Funeral Mass which was a celebration of Mum's life, her role as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. As it is impossible to thank everybody individually please accept this as an expression of our gratitude. A Mass will be offered for your intentions and Maud's remembrance on February 8, 2025 at 7pm in SMA Blackrock.
Forever in our hearts.
