SHIELDS (Knockanima, Lake Road, Loughrea, Co. Galway) - February 19, 2008 (Retired District Judge), Daniel George (predeceased by his daughter Anne). Deeply regretted by his loving wife Catherine (Kitty), sons Vincent, Stephen, Tommy, Dan and Andrew, daughters Mausi, Dottie and Hattie, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grand- children, great-grandchildren, brother Frank, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. R.I.P. Reposing in his home today (Wednesday) from 4 o'clock to 8 o'clock House private on Thursday morning, with removal at 1.30 o'clock to St Brendan's Cathedral, Loughrea for Requiem Mass at 2 o'clock followed by burial afterwards in Athenry New Cemetery.
