CARROLL, Gwen, September 12, 2015 - Jimmy, Bernie and Aideen wish to thank all those who sympathized with them at the time of Gwen's passing. In particular the Religious Community and Chaplaincy of Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross, especially Fr. Hugh Fagan C.S.Sp., along with the medical and nursing staff, household team and all the wonderful volunteers. A special mention to the staff of St. Benedict's ward, Anna Gaynor Unit. We will always be grateful to Bernie's colleagues in the HSE Addiction Service, Bridge House, Cherry Orchard, for their continued support during this sad time. We wish to mention specially Gwen's sister Eily and her niece Edel (King) in particular for their wonderful support. To all the extended family and friends and a special thanks particularly to those who sent floral tributes, Mass Cards and messages of sympathy. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for the intentions of all in grateful appreciation.
