MOORE (O'Mórdha), Tom (Oberstown, Tara, Co. Meath) - died December 19, 2013. Anne, Peter (Peadar), Edel and Tríona express their deepest gratitude to all who sympathised with them on the death of a dearly beloved husband and father, and to all who supported Tom and them in the last few years. Our heartfelt thanks to Fr. Tom O'Mahony, Fr. Joe Gleeson, Fr. Pat Raleigh SSC and Fr. Michael Moore CSSp who each provided such great support to Tom and his family during his illness, and to Fr. Tom for his beautiful homily at the funeral Mass. Thanks to neighbours, friends and family who came to the funeral, especially those who travelled long distances to do so, and to those who sent such lovely letters, cards and messages, including former Garda Síochána colleagues, friends from County Meath Golf Club Trim, beekeepers from all over the country and the Federation of Irish Beekeepers. Particular thanks are extended to Prof. Stassen, Dr. Osman, and their teams in St. James's Hospital. Thank you also to Dr. Nazymi, Dr. O'Reilly, and their teams in St. Luke's Hospital, Rathgar. Our sincere appreciation to the staff of both hospitals who knew Tom, and to Tina and Mary of the community nursing staff who helped us care for Tom at home during his illness. Thank you to those who gave so generously to the Friends of St. Luke's, which donations were gratefully received.
