O'LEARY - Daniel (Dan) (Mount Merrion, First Anniversary – March 16, 2020). Dan’s daughter Aideen and son Niall would like to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with us on the sad loss of our beloved Dad. Grateful thanks to those who attended the funeral Mass in person and virtually, and to everyone who gave us invaluable support by sending cards and writing such warm tributes online - relatives, neighbours, friends, and Dan’s colleagues from the Central Bank. We wish to express our gratitude to Fr. Paddy O’Byrne for the funeral Mass and for his consoling words and prayers, to Michelle O’Brien for the beautiful music during the Mass, and to Fanagans Funeral Directors for their sensitive professionalism. We are most grateful to all the staff of the Blackrock Clinic for their care and wonderful kindness to our Dad, and to the Chaplaincy for their pastoral and sacramental care.
The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
As spring returns across the land,
and sparkles on the sea,
it brings new hope to wake the earth,
Lord, wake new hope in me.
