Paddy is greatly missed and dearly remembered by his sisters Maura and Sue, brother Ollie and extended family. We wish to thank sincerely all those who sympathised and supported us in our sad loss. We especially thank those who attended the removal and Requiem Mass, particularly those who travelled long distances and all who sent Mass cards, letters of condolence and floral tributes. We would particularly like to thank Bishop Christopher Jones, Bishop John Kirby and Bishop Thomas Finnegan (R.I.P.) for their attendance, Canon Liam Devine for celebrating the Requiem Mass, Canon Eugene McLoughlin for his thoughtful homily and all those who contributed so movingly to the funeral Mass and Month's Mind Mass. We would also like to thank Fr. Paddy's classmates, the priests of the Elphin Diocese and clergy who attended the removal and concelebrated the Requiem Mass. We would like to thank Canon Devine and the parish council of St. Peter & Paul's for facilitating the ceremonies and the choir for the wonderful music. A special word of thanks to all of Fr. Paddy's friends from the various parishes in which he served over the years and to his wonderful neighbours in Ardbrae Park, especially Joan, the Sisters of Mercy, and the parishioners of St. Peter & Paul's. We are most appreciative of the love and support shown to him throughout his life.
