Such a sad loss

Jane was a great traveller on Life's journey. How many long haul flights to Australia to visit Family, especially her Mum(now 93) in Victoria? How many short haul flights to Europe to catch up with us in our Motorhome. She showed us Dublin, and parts of Ireland on our visits there. "somethings lost and nothings gained, things will never be the same"

Ian Forster@ Susan Williams Lennox Head NSW Australia

A wonderful soul

I knew Dr. Jane Williams Braidwood through her long friendship with my Irish family in Co. Wicklow. It was always such a pleasure to spend time with her over the years when our visits to Ballinaclash overlapped. She was gentle, compassionate, and always so interested in other people's lives. Yet, through the kindness, one sensed that this was very much a no-nonsense person. I imagine that she must have helped many people as a doctor, and think how lucky the rest of we humans are that such people exist, dedicating their lives to easing the suffering of others. Rest in peace, gentle Jane, we will not see your likes again soon.
