O'BEIRNE, DERMOT

O'BEIRNE, Dermot, Blackrock, Co. Dublin - 16th March 2020 (peacefully) at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, after an illness which he fought with great courage and spirit. Beloved husband and best friend of Irene (née Murphy) and adoring father of Rachel and Amarie. Predeceased by his sister Anne. He will be very sadly missed by his family, his brother David, sister Eleanor, son-in-law Philip, sisters-in-law Anne, Claire, Sarah and Deirdre, brother-in-law Kevin, nieces and nephews Daniel, Julie, Alaidh, John, Leonie, Conor, Alva, Ronan, Cormac and Roberta, extended family and a wide circle of friends, especially at Castle GC and Fitzwilliam LTC. Due to current government advice, there will be a private funeral and burial for immediate family only. When the current public health crisis has passed, we look forward to celebrating Dermot’s life with his family and friends. May he rest in peace. Family flowers only.
