LUKE - George Stewart (Blackrock and Kilternan) - April 11th 1931 - March 6th 2020. George’s family would like to thank all those who attended his funeral in March. Your presence gave us great comfort. We would like to acknowledge those who sent cards, letters and messages of sympathy, both from George’s recent life at the Glebe Nursing Home and those who were part of George’s life for many years as friends, neighbours and colleagues at WR Jacobs. The family would like to thank all the staff at the Glebe Nursing Home in Kilternan and his GP Dr Conor Maguire for the kindness and great care they provided to George. We sincerely thank Rev. Rob Clements and Rev. Ian Gallagher for their pastoral care and the Funeral Service celebrating George’s life. The support and kindness we received continues to be a source of great comfort to us all. Frances, Susan, Jennifer, Diane and extended family.
