McCARTHY (Wilton Avenue, Cork) - December 12, 2011, (peacefully), in the loving care of the staff of 4a at the Cork University Hospital, Brian, dearly beloved husband of Maire (Mulcahy), father of Garrett, Darren, Kara and stepdaughter Marianne, son of Margaret and the late Donal and brother of Donagh, Fionnghuala and the late Kevin; sadly missed by his wife and family, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reception prayers on Thursday next at 12.30 pm, followed by Requiem Mass at 1pm in Church of the Holy Spirit, Dennehy's Cross. Funeral afterwards to the Island Crematorium Ringaskiddy. House private please, family flowers only please, donations in lieu to the Cork Alzheimers Home Support or the Alzheimers Society."May he rest in peace"
