CASEY Gerard (Gerry) (Shrewsbury Park, Dublin 4 and Gortnacurra, Cross, Cong, Co. Mayo) October 26, 2016, (peacefully) in the wonderful care of the staff of the Oncology Unit, at The Beacon Hospital; loving husband of Valerie and adored father of Caroline, Hilary and Martin. Deeply missed by his sisters, Patricia and Johanna (Jon), brother David, son-in-law Pat, Gar, grandson Matthew, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and his wide circle of friends. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 10.00 o'c in Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue followed by burial in Kilternan Cemetery Park. Always a gentle giant.

<p>Gerry Casey RIP</p> <p>We are shocked to learn of Gerry's death; he was a good friend and a wonderful companion in those distant days of the sixties when we played Rugby together in the second row for OB.
