DARLINGTON, Herbert (Herbie) Cecil, (Clontarf and Kilkenny, late of Malahide Cricket Club and Herbert Park Bowling Club), December 7, 2016, (peacefully) in his 103rd year in the loving and wonderful care of Jane, Gillian and all the nurses and staff in Mount Tabor Nursing Home. Pre-deceased by his loving wife Gwendolene (Gwen) (née Brusey). Sadly missed by his sons Mervyn and Trevor, daughters-in-law Betty and Linda, grandchildren Keith, Gareth, Steven, Kenneth and David, great-grandchildren Aoife, Niamh, Maya, Jack, Ray Ray, Sophie, Freya, Oscar and also his little companion Coco. Funeral Service on Saturday morning at 11 o'c in Clontarf Methodist Church followed by Cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu if desired to RNLI or The Friends of Mount Tabor (care of Jane Butler).
