WOODS - Frank (Francis Xavier) R.I.P. (Newry). Died January 31, 2025, peacefully at Daisy Hill Hospital. Late of 104, Belfast Road, Newry. Husband of Aileen and father of Alanna and Steve. Brother of Carmel and the late Thomas, Sally, MJ, Norah and Regina. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. His remains will repose at Charles Digney & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Sugar House Quay, Newry on tomorrow (Sunday) from 4pm - 7pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday (February 4) at 12.30pm in St. Catherine's Church, Dominic Street. Burial afterwards in Monkshill Cemetery. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, son, daughter, daughter-in-law Mathilda, grandchildren Megan and Simon, sister, family circle and friends.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Uncle Frank. He was a man of great character, wisdom and an enduring love for family. Together with Aileen, they welcomed all with open arms and gracious hospitality. During this jubilee year, we will pray for his soul and offer up a plenary indulgence for him. May he rest in eternal peace with the Lord in our true homeland.
