PHELAN John B. December 30, 2017. (suddenly) (Kelowna BC, Canada, formerly of Enniscorthy, Dublin, Waterford and Limerick). Deeply regretted by twin sister Libby, sister Barbara, brothers Justin and Mark, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, niece, nephews, and friends.
