à CONAILL - Seán (Blackrock, Co. Dublin) First Anniversary, October 6, 2019. Lovingly remembered by his children, Cathal, Muireann, Emmet and Jason, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, extended family and friends. We also remember our beloved mother Catherine who predeceased Seán in October 2018. Thank you to Rev William Fortune CC and Very Rev Anthony Gaughan PE, Guardian Angels Church, celebrants of the Funeral Mass. To the staff of SVUH, thank you for the care shown to Seán in his final days. Thank you to all who attended the Mass, sent messages and Mass cards.
