DOHERTY William J. (Bill) - April 20, 2012, (Marian Crescent, Rathfarnham and late of Annaghearly, Co. Leitrim), ex-Garda Siochana and Peace Commissioner, in his 95th year, (peacefully), in the wonderful care of the staff at St. Joseph's Centre, Shankill, much loved husband of Nancy; he will be sadly missed by his loving family, his devoted wife of 57 years, children Marie (Speiran), Orla (O'Reilly), Liam and Enda, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grand children, great-grandchildren, sister Bridie, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, his many relations and friends. May he rest in peace. Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home today (Tuesday) with removal from funeral home this evening to the Church of the Holy Spirit, Ballyroan arriving at 5.30 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Wednesday) after 10 o'clock Mass to Kilmashogue Cemetery.
