HANLON - John (Dunard Estate, Dublin 7 and formerly of Dominick Street, Dublin 1) died February 9 2026 at The Mater Hospital. Predeceased by his cherished wife Catherine. He will be sadly missed by his beloved sons and daughters Mark, Mandy, Derek, Debbie, Alan, Gavin and Catherine, grandchildren Adam and Louise; Dylan, Dean and Alex; Audrey, Amy, Rebecca, Derek and Josh; Jessica; Kelly and Jamie; Abbie and Leon; great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers, sisters (also remembering those who have gone before him), nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours. Reposing at his home on this evening (Wednesday) from 5pm to 8pm (house private outside of these times). Johns Funeral Mass will take place on Friday morning at 11am in The Church of the Holy Family, Aughrim Street followed by burial at Glasnevin Cemetery (St. Pauls).
