DURACK Matthew (Portroe and Raheny, died April 24, 2011) - On the First Anniversary of Matt's death, his family wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all those who supported him through his illness and who sympathised with them during their sad loss, especially relatives, friends, ATC colleagues and neighbours. To all who sent cards, letters of sympathy or Mass Cards, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our deep appreciation. Special thanks also to the staff of Beaumont Renal Unit and the staff of St Francis Hospice. We miss him greatly and he will remain forever in our hearts.
