MacSWEENEY,, Patricia, (née Condron), (Sutton, Dublin) October 12, 2017; following a long illness bravely borne. Predeceased by her husband John, she was lovingly supported and cared for at home by her daughters Antoinette, Denise, Vivienne, Fiona and Orla, also predeceased by her brothers Luke, Tony and sister Sylvia, very sadly missed by her loving daughters, her devoted sister Marie (McCann) brother Brendan, sons-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, her many relatives, and a large circle of wonderful friends. Patricia received exceptional care at home supported by her carers, doctors and numerous support teams in the community. Patricia will repose in Jennings Funeral Home, Springdale Road, Raheny tomorrow (Tuesday) with family in attendance from 4.00 pm until 6.00 pm. Removal on (Wednesday) morning to the Church of the Resurrection, Bayside to arrive for Funeral Mass at 10 o’c and thereafter to Glasnevin Crematorium.
