LENNON (Kiltyclogher and Rathgar, Dublin 6) February 19, 2017, (peacefully) in the gentle care of the staff of The Queen of Peace Nursing Home, after a long illness borne with great dignity, Alphonsus (Al) loving husband of Mary (née Scanlon) and cherished father of Ann, Kathryn and Sinéad; sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, sons-in-law, his nine grandchildren, brothers Ben (Rossinvor), Joe (Cork) and Charlie (An Spidéal), R.T.E. colleagues, extended family and friends. Reposing today (Tuesday) from 10.00am to 5.00pm at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, 100 Terenure Road North. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) morning from the Funeral Home to the Church of the Three Patrons, Rathgar arriving for 11.30am Mass followed by burial in Mount Jerome Cemetery, Harold's Cross.
