O'BRIEN (née Wittenoom) Jacqueline (Straffan, Co Kildare and formerly Perth, Western Australia) March 15, 2016 (peacefully) surrounded by her family at St. Vincent's Private Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Vincent and much loved mother of Elizabeth, Susan, David, Jane and Charles. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, her brother's Bob and Richard, daughters-in-law Catherine and Tammy, sons-in-law John and Philip, her nineteen treasured grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, relatives and many friends. May her soul Rest in Peace. Removal on Saturday, (March 19) to the St. Patrick's Church, Celbridge arriving at 11.50 for Mass at noon, followed by a private cremation. Family flowers only please. We would be grateful of donations in lieu of flowers to be made to the Irish Cancer Society.
