MURPHY, David (Blackrock, Co. Dublin) April 29, 2020 – (peacefully) at home following a short illness in the loving care of his family, Daffodil nurses, carers and the staff of Blackrock Hospice. Beloved husband of the late Eithne and loving father of Brian and Deirdre (Fisher). He will be very much missed by his loving children, grandchildren Sarah, Gavin, Alex, Serena and Mark, brothers Joe, Peter, Philip & John, sisters Sr. Marcellina MSHR, Sheila & Anne, son-in-law Mike, daughter-in-law Orla, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. In accordance with current guidelines, private Funeral Prayers took place yesterday (Thursday) morning, at 11am at the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue, followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. Condolences may be sent in the usual manner or emailed to info@rommassey.ie. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Blackrock Hospice, Sweetman’s Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin or Daffodil Nurses. House private. “May he Rest in Peace”
