SPOONER - Dr Aidan (Ennis, Co Clare. Adare, Co Limerick) February 25, 2023. On the approach to the first anniversary of Aidan’s sudden and unexpected passing, the Spooner and Casey families wish to express our sincere thanks to all those who have offered their prayers, condolences, and support during the past year. His wife Laura Casey (and the late Rosaleen Spooner), children Lynn, Brian and Sarah, siblings Anne, Jody, Liam and Nuala, his adored grandchildren, Laura's children Meghan, Evan and Orin wish to express their heartfelt appreciation. Thank you to all his many lifelong friends, his work colleagues from Element 6, his friends from his hurling days with Roscrea and UCD, his golfing companions of Adare Manor and Lahinch, the fishing community of Cong, Co Mayo and many international friends of a life well lived. The collective support of all the communities that Aidan shared his generous life with has been very much appreciated. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
